Original language description

Cultivation of mixed bacterial cultures isolated from Czech sources was optimized. Maximal and optimal EDTA concentrations for growth, optimal temperature, effect of growth factors and sources of carbon and nitrogen were determined. Results were comparedto those obtained for mixed culture isolated from Bulgarian sources. The isolates were identified as members of genera Aeromonas, Alcaligenes, Arthrobacter, Bacillus, Escherichia, Pseudomonas, Xanthomonas using classical methods for identification. Members of families Rhizobiaceae and Enterobacteriaceae were also present

Charakteristiky směsných bakteriálních kultur degradujících EDTA, izolovaných z českých zdrojů

Czech description

Byla optimalizována kultivace směsných bakteriálních kultur izolovaných z českých zdrojů. Byla určena maximální a optimální růstová koncentrace EDTA, optimální teplota, vliv růstových faktorů, zdroje uhlíku a dusíku. Získané výsledky byly porovnány s výsledky obdobných bakteriálních kultur z bulharských zdrojů. Izoláty byly s použitím klasických metod identifikovány jako zástupci rodů Aeromonas, Alcaligenes, Arthrobacter, Bacillus, Escherichia, Pseudomonas, Xanthomonas. Byla také zjištěna přítomnost bakterií z čeledí Rhizobiaceae a Enterobacteriaceae
