The polyphenolic compounds in the Vitis vinifera berries, rachis, and pedicles of ten cultivars were studied. The contents of gallic acid, catechin, epicatechin, resveratrol, pterostilbene, rutin, and isoquercitrine were different in various cultivars.

Byly studovány polyfenolické sloučeniny obsažené v různých částech deseti kultivarů vinné révy. Obsah kyseliny galové, katechinu, epikatechinu, resveratrolu, pterostilbenu, rutinu, and isoquercitrinu se v různých kultivarech lišil.
