Set of Fortran computer programs performs inversion of waveforms of particular seismic phases into the mechanism of the seismic source in the description of unconstrained moment tensor (MT). The processing is performed for a cluster of events with similar hypocenter locations. It advantageously makes the inversion more robust against deficiencies in the velocity modeling, on the other hand it provides relative values of the MTs only, i.e. the scalar moment and the sign of the slip direction are not resolved. Both the option with a master event and the option without it are implemented. Optionally to the input of waveforms, signed amplitudes can be inverted as well. It is designed both for processing of seismic data from earthquakes and induced events.

Czech description

Sada počítačových programů v jazyce Fortran invertuje seismické záznamy jednotlivých vlnových fází do mechanismu seismického zdroje v popisu obecného momentového tenzoru. Celý soubor seismických jevů s blízkými ohnisky je zpracován současně, což přinášívýhodu větší robustnosti řešení s ohledem na možné nepřesnosti v modelování rychlostní struktury, na druhé straně však omezuje získanou informaci o mechanismech: metoda poskytuje jen relativní momentové tenzory, tedy bez údaje o skalárním momentu i samotném znaménku dislokace. Implementována je jak verze využívající "master event", tak i verze pracující bez něho. Program je navržen pro zpracování záznamů přirozených zemětřesení i seismických jevů vyvolaných průmyslovou aktivitou.
