Quantitative lymphoscintigraphy stays promising technique for evaluation of upper limb lymphedema. Reliable clinically and economically adequate method is however still missing. This paper describes principles of proposed methodology of quantitative evaluations applicable under routine. Its core is based on the Bayesian paradigm, exploiting available prior information in conjunction with a simplified model of the diffusion dynamics.

Kvantitativní lymfoscintigrafie je velmi užitečná technika pro vyhodnocení stavu lymfedému horních končetin. Spolehlivá klinicky a ekonomicky dostačující metoda pro diagnostiku raných stádií však stále chybí. Tento plakát popisuje principy navržené metodiky kvantitativního vyhodnocení scintigrafie horních končetin realizovatelné v běžné praxi. Jádro metodiky je založeno na bayesovkém paradigmatu využívající veškerou dostupnou apriorní informaci v kombinaci s jednoduchým modelem dynamiky šíření radionuklidu paží
