The outbursts in CH UMa can be divided into two classes (bright and faint). The maximum brightness of the outbursts tends to decrease over 25 years. The bright outbursts fall into two subtypes according to their decay branches. The recurrence time of thebright outbursts 300-370 days displays variations with a strong secular trend.
