Original language description
The relationship between the decadal variations of the Earth rotation and solar activity is analyzed and the correlation between the El-Nino events and Earth rotation oscillations with periods from 2 to 5-year band is examined. The estimated coefficientsof some zonal tidal terms are compared with their theoretical values.

Czech description
Je analyzován vztah mezi dekádovými variacemi rotace Země a sluneční činností, je zkoumána korelace mezi jevem El-Nino a oscilacemi rotace Země o periodách od 2 do 5 let. Odhadnuté koeficienty některých zonálních slapových členů jsou porovnány s jejich teoretickými hodnotami.
