The paper deals with the prepared long-term precession formula. It defines the boundary between precession and nutation, and uses the IAU 2006 model of precession (close to the epoch J2000.0) and numerical integration of solar system bodies (for more distant epochs) to obtain quasi-periodic formulas for different precession parameters.
