Original language description
Code package for fitting light curves of iron meteors using a graphical user interface. It loads the light curves of a meteor observed from two stations and a set of light curves modelled for different values of the initial meteoroid mass m and the mean size of the molten material droplets d. These parameters can be fitted manually, the luminout efficiency is fitted automatically. Codes generating input files for numerical modelling of the passage of an iron meteoroid through the atmosphere are also included. The package is written in IDL and uses the struct_replace_field.pro subroutine.n
