This workshop was the second installment of a conference aimed at beginning astronomers interested in ALMA, and was intended for students, graduate students, and postdocs. The program selection included all types of astronomical topics and ALMA observing modes. The goal of the meeting was to allow participants to present their scientific work, interact with other participants and staff working at ARC nodes, and potentially start new collaborations and new projects.n
