Postnatal ontogenesis of the circadian clock within the rat liver

  • Original language description

Daily profiles of mRNA expression of clock genes Per1, Per2, Cry1, Clock, Rev-erb? and Bmal1 were analyzed in the liver of fetuses at embryonic day 20 or pups at postnatal age 2, 10, 20 and 30 and in adults by real-time RT-PCR. The data indicate that thedevelopment of the molecular clockwork in the rat liver proceeds gradually and is roughly completed by 30 days after birth

Postnatální vývoj cirkadiánních hodin v játrech laboratorního potkana

  • Czech description

Denní profily v expresi hodinových genů Per1, Per2, Cry1, Clock, Rev-erb? a Bmal1 byly stanoveny v játrech 20-denních embryí, 2-, 10-, 20- a 30-denních mláďat a dospělých samců pomocí RT-PCR. Výsledky ukázaly, že k vývoji molekulárních hodin v játrech potkana dochází postupně a je přibližně ukončen 30. den po narození
