    We studied differences in adhesion and growth of human osteoblast-like MG 63 cells on poly(glycolide-CO-L- lactide) modified with 0.1 M NaOH. The highest cell adhesion and growth were observed on the material modified in the Na OH solution for 6h (surface roughness of 60 nm). On the copolymers with lower and higher surface roughness, the cell adhesion and proliferation activity was lower

    Sledovali jsme rozdíly v adhesi a růstu lidských kostních buněk linie MG63 na kopolymer laktidu a glykolidu s povrchem modifikovaným 0,1M roztokem Na OH. Nejvyšší adhese a růstu buněk bylo dosaženo na materiálu modifikovaném po dobu 6 h, který měl povrchové nerovnosti kolem 60 nm. Na materiálu s nižší či vyšší povrchovou drsností byla adhesní a proliferační aktivita buněk nižší
