Revision of the cone genus Discinites from the Carboniferous continental basins of Bohemia
Result description
Thirty-one specimens of seven Discinites species from the Kladno-Rakovník, Radnice and Lísek basins of the central and western Bohemian continental basins of the Czech Republic were examined. The stratigraphical position of the studied cones is Bolsovianto Westphalian D. Emendations of the genus Discinites and species D. hlizae, D. raconicensis and D. bohemicus are suggested. A new species D. nemejcii sp. nov. is erected.

Czech description
31 nálezů rodu Discinites patří sedmi druhům pocházejícím z kladensko-rakovnické, radnické a lísecké pánve. Stratigrafická pozice nálezů je boslov až vestfál D. Rod Discinites a druhy D. hlizae, D. raconicensis a D. bohemicus jsou emendovány. Druh D. nemejcii je navržen jako nový taxon.
