    Mantle peridotite xenoliths from two different environments ? basanite volcanic flows and granulites ? were analysed for platinum-group elements (PGE), Ni, Cu and partly S. Mantle xenoliths from volcanic flows have similar PGE contents as spinel peridotite and dunite xenoliths from granulites. Garnet peridotite xenoliths are strongly depleted in all PGE (especially Ir).
