  • Original language description

    For the equation of an oscillating electric circuit with a ferromagnetic inductance of Preisach type and with a time-dependent source term, one finds equilibrium conditions between the source amplitude and the hysteresis dissipation with guarantee that every solution remains globally bounded. Examples show that these conditions are optimal. If these conditions are fulfilled and the source amplitude asymptotically vanishes, then the solution asymptotically vanishes as well.
