Borthwick, Lesniewski and Upmeier proved in 1993 that on any bounded symmetric domain, for any two compactly supported smooth functions the product of the associated Toeplitz operators on the standard weighted Bergman spaces admits an asymptotic expansion into a series of another Toeplitz operators. This is the Berezin-Toeplitz quantization. In this paper, we remove the hypothesis of compact support and show that the result extends to functions in a certain algebra which contains both the space of all smooth functions whose derivatives of all orders are bounded and the Schwartz space. Applications to deformation quantization are also given.

Borthwick, Lesniewski a Upmeier dokázali v roce 1993, že na libovolně omezené symetrické oblasti, pro jakékoliv dvě hladké funkce s kompaktním nosičem, má součin jejich Toeplitzových operátorů asymptotický rozvoj v řadu jiných Toeplitzových operátorů. Toje tzv. Berezin-Toeplitzovo kvantování. V tomto článku je odstraněn předpoklad kompaktního nosiče a díky tomu je kvantování rozšířeno na jistou algebru funkcí obsahující jak funkce s omezenými derivacemi všech řádů, tak Schwartzovy funkce. Na závěr jsoudiskutovány aplikace tohoto výsledku v deformačním kvantování.
