Original language description

We treat the asymptotic behavior of strong solutions of a perturbed non-steady Oseen equation in an exterior domain. We formulate sufficient conditions for partial uniform boundedness (partial uniform stability) of the corresponding analytic semigroup. The conditions are based on behavior of the resolvent of the generator L of the semigroup. In a particular case, they reduce to conditions on position of eigenvalues of L, not taking into account the essential spectrum of L.
