The work shows qualitatively different behaviour of the deterministic and stochastic models of the dynamics of a chemical system. The differences of their behaviour are explained and it is shown that the key characteristics of the stochastic model can becomputed using solutions of the Fokker-Planck equation with no need of time intesive stochastic simulations.

Czech description
V práci se ukazuje kvalitativně rozdílné chování deterministického a stochastického modelu dynamického chování jistého chemického systému. Vysvětlují se důvody této odlišnosti a ukazuje se, že klíčové charakteristiky stochastického modelu je možné vypočítat pomocí řešení Fokkerovy-Planckovy rovnice bez nutnosti provádění časově náročných stochastických simulací.
