GillespieSSA - Stochastic simulations of arbitrary system of chemical reactions

Result description

This Matlab code enables to simulate the dynamics of a system of arbitrary number of chemical reactions of arbitrary order. It is based on the Gillespie stochastic simulation algorithm. The simulation can be observed graphically in the real time.
