Synthesis and Properties of Mesoporous Silica-Alumina with Narrow Pore Size Distribution Obtained without Use of Pore-Regulating Agents
Original language description
The synthesis of mesoporous silica-alumina (MSA) from Na metasilicate and AL nitrate without pore-regulating agents is described. The pore structure is almost exclusively formed by mesopores of diameters 3 - 5 nm. From X-Ray diffraction, electron microscopy and 27Al MAS NMR it follows that the MSA is amorphous with disordered pore arrangement, with majority of the Al atoms in octahedral coordination. The pore size distribution is much narrower in comparison to distributions of commercial silica-aluminas. The textural properties are influenced to only minor extent by treatments in water and calcination up to 800?C.
Czech name
Syntéza a vlastnosti mezoporézního aluminosilikátu s úzkou distribucí pórů
Czech description
Mezoporézní aluminosilikát MSA byl připraven z Na metasilikátu a dusičnanu hlinitého bez přídavku póry regulujících materiálů. Připravený monodisperzní materiál měl velmi úzkou distribuci pórů a vysoký specifický povrch. X-ray analýza potvrdila amorfnostmateriálu s Al atomy v oktahedrální koordinaci.
