Hydroamination of Methyl Methacrylate Catalyzed by Cationic Palladium Diphosphinoazine Complexes

  • Original language description

The characteristics of the cationic Ni-diphosphine azine complexes of general formula [NiX(PR2CH2C(But)=NN=C(But)CH2PR2)]+ {X=Br, R=cyclohexyl (cy), iso-propyl (Pri), tert-butyl (But), phenyl (Ph); X=Cl or I, R=cyclohexyl) as catalysts for the polymerization of ethylene were evaluated in the presence or absence of co-catalysts such as MAO, DEAC, TMA, or TIBA. The best results were obtained with MAO. The ability of the complexes to generate active catalysts is strongly influenced by the characteristics of the halogen co-ligand and by the nature of the R group at the phosphine azine ligand. The best catalyst is [NiBr{PCy2CH2C(But)=NN=C(But)CH2PCy2}]Br activated by MAO. The polymers obtained showed by by 1H and 13C NMR and DSC to be formed by branched polyethylenes, the number of branches increased with the temperature at which the polymerization took place. The molecular weight of the polymeric material was tentatively estimated from the NMR spectra.

Hydroaminace methylmethakrylátu katalyzovaná kationtovými difosfinoazinovými komplexy palladia

  • Czech description

Byly zkoumány charakteristiky kationtových komplexů Ni s difosfinoaziny obecného vzorce [NiX(PR2CH2C(But)=NN=C(But)CH2PR2)]+ {X=Br, R=cyklohexyl (cy), iso-propyl (Pri), tert-butyl (But), fenyl (Ph); X=Cl nebo I, R=cyklohexyl) jako katalyzátorů polymeraceethylenu v přítomnosti nebo za nepřítomnosti kokatalyzátorů jako MAO, DEAC, TMA nebo TIBA. Nejlepší výsledky byly získány s MAO. Schopnost komplexů generovat aktivní katalyzátory je silně ovlivněna vlastnostmi halogenu jako koligandu a povahou skupiny Rna fosfinoazinovém ligandu. Nejlepší katalyzátor je [NiBr{PCy2CH2C(But)=NN=C(But)CH2PCy2}]Br aktivovaný MAO. Podle 1H a 13C NMR spekter a DSC jsou získané polymery větvené polyethyleny, rozsah větvení se zvyšoval s teplotou při polymeraci. Molekulová hmotnost polymerních materiálů byla odhadnuta z NMR spekter.
