    ZrO2/SiO2 Fine Particle Synthesis by MOCVD

    Binary ZrO2/SiO2 fine particles were synthesized by simultaneous decomposition of zirconium tetra-tert-butoxide and tetraethyl orthosilicate in an externally heated tube flow reactor under oxidizing atmosphere. Particle production and characteristics were studied in dependence on geometry of inlet section arrangement, chemistry of precursors' decomposition, precursors' concentrations and reactor flow rate.

    Binární ultrajemné částice SiO2/ZrO2 byly připravovány simultánním rozkladem zirkonium tetra-terc-butoxidu a tetraethyl orthosilikátu v průtočném trubkovém reaktoru s vyhřívanou stěnou v oxidační atmosféře. Produkce částic a jejich charakteristiky byly studovány v závislosti na geometrickém uspořádání vstupní sekce, způsobu rozkladu prekurzorů, koncentraci prekurzorů a průtoku reaktorem
