Original language description
Pellets (Al)-SBA-15 with unique textural properties were prepared and employed in alkylation of toluene with benzyl alcohol under moderate conditions (110 °C). The catalytic activity of (Al)-SBA-15 pellets was compared with standard powder (Al)-SBA-15 toexamine the differences in the intrinsic reaction rates and the role of diffusive resistances to mass transfer.

Czech description
Pelety (Al)-SBA-15 s unikátními texturními vlastnostmi byly připraveny a testovány v alkylaci toluenu benzylalkoholem za mírných podmínek (110 °C). Katalytická aktivita pelet (Al)-SBA-15 byla porovnána se standartním práškovým katalyzátorem (Al)-SBA-15 za účelem nalezení rozdílů ve skutečné reakční rychlosti a vlivu difuzních odporů na transport hmoty.
