In the present work we consider evaporation of nanoparticles with allowance for the dependence of the cohesion energy within them on their size and discuss the questions concerning the influence of the size effect on the critical diameter of a nanosize particle (cluster), as well as on the proces of doping nanosized particles with atoms of different elements.
