Original language description
Recovery of lanthanides from spent neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet is described. Hydrometallurgical process containing acid leaching with subsequent two-step solvent extraction on a countercurrent mulstistage extraction column is employed. Didimium oxide (preseodymium + neodymium) and dysprosium oxide are isolated in a pure state.
