    Endogenous electric field and organization of living matter

  • Original language description

    Endogenous electromagnetic field with strong electric component generated by polar structures, in particular by microtubular structures, has important function in charge and mass transport which conditions biological activity. The Wiener-Lévy process isused for analysis of the transport with deterministic and random (thermal) components whose ratio may be important for biological function. Electric field can have dominant effect on directed transport at short and medium distances up to about 0.1 ?m.

    Endogení elektromagnetické pole se silnou elektrickou složkou generované polárními strukturami, zejména strukturami mikrotubulů, má důležitou funkci pro transport nábojů a hmoty, což podmiňuje biologickou aktivitu. Wiener-Lévy proces se používá pro analyzu transport s deterministickou a s náhodnou (tepelnou) složku. Poměr těchto složek může být důležitý pro biologickou aktivitu. Působení elektrického pole může být dominantní pro transport na krátké a střední vzdálenosti asi do 0.1 ?m.
