    T lymphocytes from healthy humans and cancer patients before and after medical treatment were exposed to the magnetic field 0.1 and 0.05 mT. Response of the cell-mediated immunity was examined by in vitro technique?LAI (Leukocyte Adherence Inhibition) assay. Exposure increases adherence especially of T lymphocytes of cancer patients before medical treatment similarly as magnetic fields in the range 0.5 ? 10 mT. The effects of the AC (50 Hz) and DC magnetic fields 0.05 mT do not display large differences.

    T lymfocyty zdravých lidí a pacientů s maligními nádory před a po léčbě byly vystaveny účinkům magnetického pole 0.1 a 0.05 mT. Vliv na buňkami mediovanou imunitu byl vyšetřován in vitro metodou LAI (inhibice adherence leukocytů). Adherence po expozici se zvýšila, zejména T lymfocytů pacientů s nádory před léčbou obdobně jako pro magnetické pole 0.5 ? 10 mT. Účinky stejnosměrného a střídavého (50 Hz) magnetického pole jsou obdobné.
