Manganese doped sol-gel materials with catalytic properties
Original language description
Manganese doped alumina and silica gels and thin films deposited on different substrates were obtained by the alkoxide and aqueous routes of the sol-gel method. The characterization of the films was realized by XRD and spectroellipsometry methods. The un-supported gels were characterized by DTA/TG analysis, IR spectroscopy, TEM and electron diffraction (SAED) and BET method for surface area and pores volume determination. The sol-gel materials were tested as catalysts for the ozone decomposition.

Manganem dopované sol-gel materiály pro katalýzu
Czech description
Křemenné a hlinitanové gely a tenké vrstvy dopované manganem byly metodou sol-gel deponovány na různých nosičích. Vrstvy byly charakterizovány pomocí spektroelipsometrie a rtg. difrakce. Gely bez nosičů byly charakterizovány metodami DTA/TG, IČ spektroskopií, TEM, elektronovou difrakcí (SAED) a BET metodou pro měření povrchu a porozity. Tyto sol-gel materiály pak byly testovány jako katalyzátory pro rozklad ozonu.
