Original language description
Indium phospide single crystals were grown by Czochralski method. Various dopants were added to the melt to obtain semi-insulating crystals suitable for detection purposes. Prototype detectors were prepared and evaluated by spectral detection of alpha particles and x-rays.

Detektory rtg a částicového záření na bázi indium fosfidu
Czech description
Monokrystaly indium fosfidu byly připravovány růstem podle metody Czochralského. Do taveniny byly přidávány různé dopanty tak, aby se získaly semiizolační krystaly vhodné pro detekční účely. Byly připraveny prototypy detektorů a vyhodnoceny spektrální detekcí alfa částic a rtg paprsků.
