The results of annealing on conductivity, dielectric constants, loss tangent, impedance and refractive index of lead iodide (PbI2) single crystals have been investigated. The annealing temperature range was between room temperature and 110 degees at different frequencies between 100Hz -100kHz. The purpose of the measurements is to study structural defects, impurities and surface conditions of lead iodide single crystals.

Czech description
Byly zkoumány výsledky žíhání monokrystalu jodidu olovnatého (PbI2) na vodivost, dielektrickou konstantu, koeficient dielektrických ztrát, impedanci, a index refrakce. Teplota žíhání je v rozmezí pokojové teploty a 110°C při různých frekvencích mezi 100Hz -100kHz. Účelem měření je studovat strukturní defekty, nečistoty a poměry na povrchu krystalů jodidu olovnatého.
