Original language description
The aim of this paper is to develop a dynamically linked library (DLL) for the Microsoft Speech Application Programming Interface (MS SAPI), which uses the Text-To-Speech Control Protocol (TTSCP) to communicate with the Epos system. This DLL translates the MS SAPI commands and data streams to their TTSCP representations and vice-versa. Therefore, it allows the MS SAPI to synthesize the text with voices implemented in the Epos TTS system.

Czech description
V této práci je popsána implementace Microsoft Speech Aplication Programming Interface (MS SAPI) rozhraní do systému Epos. Pro tento účel slouží jednoduchá dynamicky linkovaná knihovna DLL), která komunikuje se systémem Epos pomocí protokolu Text-To-Speech Control Protocol (TTSCP). Tato knihovna překládá příkazy a data rozhraní MS SAPI do komunikačního protokolu TTSCP a opačně. To umožňuje syntetizovat text pomocí všech hlasů implementovaných v systému Epos.
