    Surface plasmon resonance biosensor for direct detection of antibody against Epstein-Barr virus

    A multi-channel surface plasmon resonance biosensor for direct label-free detection of antibody against human Epstein-Barr virus was reported. The detection of anti-EBNA was based on the immunoreaction between anti-EBNA and a short synthetic peptide immobilized on the sensor surface. Three immobilization methods for the attachment of EBNA-1 onto gold sensor surface were investigated. The resulting SPR biosensor was evaluated in terms of the detection limit, reproducibility, regenerability and storability.

    Vícekanálový biosenzor s povrchovými plazmony (SPR) byl aplikován pro přímou detekci protilátek (anti-EBNA) proti viru Epstein-Barrové. Detekce anti-EBNA byla založena na imuno reakci mezi anti-EBNA a krátkým syntetickým peptidem EBNA-1, který byl imobilizován na povrch senzoru. Byly zkoumány tři různé metody ukotvení peptidu na zlatý povrch senzoru. Výsledný SPR biosensor byl ocharakterizován ve smyslu detekčního limitu, reprodukovatelnosti, regenerovatelnosti a skladovatelnosti.
