Hulsite, szaibelyite and fluoborite from borate skarn of Zlatý kopec tin deposit, NW Bohemia, Czech Republic.
Original language description
The first occurrence of the boron minerals hulsite, szaibelyite and fluoroborite in Czech Republic has been found in borate skarn of Zlatý Kopec tin-deposit. The origin of these minerals derives from solutions of tin-rich granites. This process is accompanied by intense hydrothermal alteration of different types of skarn and multiple remobilization of cassiterite.
