Mechanical properties of geopolymer mortars in relation to their porous structure

  • Original language description

Metakaolinite geopolymer textures were controlled by the addition of a quartz sand in a range of 0?93 wt.%. The compressive and flexural strengths, Young?s modulus were compared with structure parameters gived by mercury porosimetry. Freezing resistancewas confirmed at a presence of 1-8 ?m large mesopores.
