Laboratory pyrolysis and combustion of poorly treatable biowastes
Original language description
Pyrolysis of orange peel and apricot stones provided a gas, which can be used as an energetic one. The obtained bio-oils exhibited a heating value of 30–32 MJ/kg and may be used as fuel oils or as a source of chemicals. The pyrolysis produced also 27–29 wt.% of solid residue with a heating value of 33–35 MJ/kg, it may be used as auxiliary fuel. Ashes from studied wastes can be used for the fertilisers for agricultural lands.
