Effect of bovine seminal ribonuclease (BS-RNase) on pig s bone marrow cells.
Original language description
The bone marrow cells of pigs kept in 4 C survived better in the presence of BS-RNase than control cells cocultivated with bovine serum albumin. Pig bone morrow cells are able to bind the BS-RNase on their surface and did not influence the formation of CFU-GM and BFU-E colonies. Semiincompatible bone marrow cells preincubated 2h with BS-RNase and transplanted into donors have better chance to be accepted.
