A simple in vivo fluorescence method for the selective detection and quantification of freshwater cyanobacteria and eukaryothic algae
Original language description
A simple method for the discrimination between cyanobacteria and eukaryotic algae by in vivo fluorescence is presented. The method was verified with laboratory cultures as well as with samples of natural phytoplankton communities.
Czech name
Jednoduchá in vivo fluorescenční metoda pro selektivní detekci a kvantifikaci sinic a eukaryotických řas ve sladkých vodách
