Original language description

Ability of plants belonging to tree species of Oenothera (O. biennis, O. fallax and O. glazioviana) to regenerate from bud bank after severe injury was stidied in garden experiment and in the field. The study confirmed that biennial plants possessing ability to regenerate from adventitious buds on roots after injury are able to survive severe injury and set seeds.

Vegetativní regenerace dvouletých druhů z rodu Oenothera po narušení: pozorování v přírodě a experiment

Czech description

V přírodě a v zahradním experimentu byla sledována schopnost dvouletých druhů rodu Oenothera ((O. biennis, O. fallax and O. glazioviana) regenerovat po poranění z banky pupenů. Studie potvrdila, že dvouletky schopné regenerovat z adventivních pupenů na kořenech po poranění mohou přežít vážné narušení a produkovat semena.
