Using cultures of the green alga Desmodesmus subspicatus in microplates, we recommend, for reading of algal concentration: agitation during cultivation, duration of bioassay 96 h, ca 10 s shaking before OD evaluation, waiting 30 min interval, after the termination of sheaking, wavelength 682 and/or 750 nm, 9 beams scan(3x3) to read OD.

Czech description

S použitím kultur zelené řasy Desmosdesmus subspicatus v sérologických destičkách jsme oveřili násl. postup: třepání během kultivace, doba kultivace 96 hod., cca 10 s třepání před měřením OD, následované 30 min. v klidu, vlnová délka 682 a/nebo 750 nm, 9paprskové (3x3) skenování.
