9 interestic and little known cyanobacterial planktic species from eutrophic reservoars of tropical South America are described in the article. The study was performed in the frame of the continual investigation of tropical cyanobacterial microflora of Brazil. In the article are described 4 new species for science and one taxonomic combination is confirmed.

V článku je popsáno 9 kritických druhů planktonních sinic z eutrofních nádrží tropické Ameriky jako výsledek soustavného výzkumu cyanobakteriální mikrovegetace Brazílie. V článku jsou popsány 4 nové druhy pro vědu a provedena jedna nomenklatorická kombinace.
