Detection of cyanobacteria in raw water by in vivo fluorescence was estabilished at the drinking water treatment plant. The method showed good correlation with standard methods and provided an early information about increase in cyanobacteria amount in raw water.

Czech description
Na úpravně pitné vody byla zavedena metodika detekce cyanobakterií v surové vodě. Metoda vykazovala dobrou korelaci se standardními metodami a poskytovala včasnou informaci o zvýšeném množství cyanobakterií v surové vodě.
