Description of the new species Meistera muriformis from family Zingiberaceae (subfamily Alpinioideae) from Vietnam. Together with this new species, the total number of Meistera species in Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam arise to 15. Morphological diversity and distribution of Meistera in these countries are briefly summarised, and an identification key is provided.
