The relevant current concept of supreme emergency deals with one of relevant component problems of a theory of just and unjust war. From the reconstruction of the concept of a supreme emergency, it follows that the very theory of just and unjust war is a part of the resolution of extremely difficult problems concerning the general issues of global justice, global constitutionalism and global governance.
