Original language description
The article analyzes the topic of Jewish refugees from Poland to Czechoslovakia in the period before the Kielce pogrom on the 4th of July 1946. The Czechoslovak official position was to send all refugees without proper documentation back to Poland. However, various ministries opposed this attitude and agreed to create a plan for organizing care for Jewish refugees. The plan was put into practice in July 1946.
