Graffiti, Street Art, and Land Art in Historical and Contemporary Landscapes
Original language description
Graffiti, street art and land art could be the subject of research in historical geography, especially in the historical landscapes. These types of art bears witness not only to the relations between the creators and the landscape, but also to the contracted custom-made themes, which do not contain any strong political, social or other charge, as it is the case of many themes in the contemporary landscapes. It reflects the transformations, downfalls and booms of the societies, their stagnating or blossoming.
