The Institute of History of the Czech Academy of Sciences co-organized an international interdisciplinary workshop of the CROLMA network, which took place on May 26-28, 2025, in Batalha, Portugal. The network focuses on studying the multifaceted impacts of the Great Western Schism as a significant part of the crisis of the late Middle Ages. The presentations mainly concerned the current state of research, sources, and bibliography in specific aspects of the topic. The discussion focused on different perspectives and approaches to this multidisciplinary and international topic, which concerns the entire Latin West.
