V této studii analyzujeme problémy optimálních tarifů za předpokladu, že firmy ze severu a jihu soupeří v produkovaném množství na nedokonale konkurenčním severním trhu. Dále předpokládáme potenciální variabilitu v jižním porušování duševních vlastnických práv.
