Effect of H1-antagonist Dithiaden on human PMN-leukocyte aggregation and chemiluminescence is stimulus-dependent.
Original language description
Dithiaden (histamine H1 receptor antagonist), depending on the stimuli applied, inhibited human neutrophils more markedly than histamine. It seems likely that the interaction of dithiaden with netrophils operated both at an extra- and intracellular level.
