DNA-protein cross-linking by trans-[PtCl2(E-iminoetherú2]. A concept for activation of the trans geometry in platinum antitumor complexes
Original language description
Interactions of DNA with antitumor trans-[PtCl2(E-iminoether)2] were investigated using the methods of molecular biophysics. It has been found that unexpected antitumor effects of this complex are associated with its capability to form DNA-protein cross-links.

Tvorba mustků mezi DNA a proteiny komplexem trans-[PtCl2(E-iminoether)]
