Administration of liposomal muramyl tripeptide phosphatidylethanolamine (MTP-PE) and diclofenac in the combination attenuates their anti-tumor activities.
Original language description
Liposomal muramyl tripeptide phosphatidylethanolamine (MTP-PE), an immunomodulator, and diclofenac, an inhibitor of prostaglandin production, were shown earlier to have anti-tumour effects. In the experiments described in this communication it was shownthat combined treatment of mice bearing fibrosarcoma tumours with the above two substances attenuated their anti-tumour activities.
