Ultrafiltered pig leukocyte extract (UPLE, IMUNOR) was found to potentiate the effects of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) on hematopoietic progenitor cells for granulocytes and macrophages (GM-CFC) in both in vitro and in vivo experiments.

Bylo zjištěno, že ultrafiltrovaný extrakt prasečích leukocytů (UPLE, IMUNOR) potencuje účinek granulocytárního kolonie stimulujícího faktor (G-CSF) na krvetvorné progenitorové buňky pro granulocyty a makrofágy (GM-CFC) jak v in vitro, tak in vivo pokusech.
